The current layout of Coldwell Banker’s real estate office was not being utilized efficiently and the interiors needed an update. The intent of the renovation was to create an office environment that is open-concept and collaborative. Employees can work at a private or public workstation, as dedicated offices weren’t a necessity. The private sitting rooms with glass partitions were strategically designed to allow natural light into the hallway and common areas. The open concept seating area provides a casual atmosphere for meetings with clients and co-workers.
